Before installing your new stator, check the AC output of the stator. Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator. Check and repair any melted wiring. Use high temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.

advertised and ordered as a dc stator but in fact is a ac stator do not trust the listing description

I had a no spark problem that would cause my scoot to die intermittenly. I swapped my coil and cdi to no avail i ordered the stator and installed it, bike still would not run. I felt defeated, i started frivously testing components with my volt meter, the new stator was functioning but my coil had no continuity. I swapped the coil and im back on the road. Guys don't give up, these scooters can be frustating, expensive, and the parts don't always follow the rules, but keep trying new things and keep learning. you will not succeed until youve failed a dozen times.
