Very nice shade, seems to be well made. Easy to install. It was a little wrinkled when it arrived but the wrinkles are starting to go away now that it is hung up.

Fabric still has wrinkles . The shade keeps falling off the bracket (it is installed correctly). The stitching on the bottom of the shade is not fully stitched. (did not notice this before installing( One of the support bars on the back of the shade fell off.

We have 3 windows in our master bedroom, so we ordered 3 of these roman shades. The first one we installed was visibly off kilter. Not sure exactly what the problem was, but when the shades were rolled up, the folds did not sit flush. The layers were very noticeably not aligned.The other 2 we installed were fine. They looked quite nice actually after I steamed them and got rid of the wrinkles. I like the mechanism (pull handle on the back of the shade). It rolls up smoothly on its own.We exchanged the wonky one and got a new one delivered. Unfortunately that one was also off, but not as bad as the one we returned. So, I guess if you're lucky, you'll get a nice looking product that works well. If you're unlucky, you'll get a cheap-looking, misaligned product that you'll probably want to return.

Easy pull down/ up blinds, well made and stylish.They have a lining on the back to keep some air f the light out. Nice grey colour. Very easy to instal.
