My son runs small and most trunks at this size have fake tie strings. These are truly elastic and have REAL strings that can cinch the waist. We have worn them all summer long with no fraying or pilling. Definitely ordering more from this seller as these held up better than any target or Walmart trunks with those fake strings and loose elastic

My son (9) is very tall / thin and we like the “above the knee” style for shorts and swim trunks. It feels like he has been a size 8 (M) for several years. Looking back at old pictures, I noticed he wore these swim trunks (different patterns) for the last 3 summers! This summer I realized all of his size M shorts are swim trunks are finally getting too tight so I just bought the purple sharks in the next size up (10-12 L). We love them! The quality and pretty patterns are the same that we have grown used to. We will be ordering another pair now that I know how they fit! Highly recommend.

Love these for my son. This is my second summer ordering them. They hit just a bit above the knee instead of being super long like a lot of boys suits so they are more in style but also as a toddler it’s easier for him to walk and not trip. Brief lining is great now that we are potty trained but were not an issue with fitting over a swim diaper. Colors have not faded and they came as pictured.

These swim trunks are very nice! They fit just right and have a nice lining in them. One thing I will say is that the string inside did get stuck and almost lost it inside the shorts. I was able to fish out the string around the waist.

Will be buying a pair for my son every year!! First, how hard is it to find shorter swim suit for boys? I can’t stand the long baggy look which is all you can find at target/old navy/gap normal places. When you do find the cute short ones they’re $50+. I’ve bought them, and then I have a heart attack every time my son gets them covered in dirt..it’s just not realistic. Finding these seriously made my summer! We have a “digging site” at our house that he plays in and gets covered in dirt. The first week we got these they needed to be washed them 3 times. They held up amazing but better yet, I couldn’t care less about it since I paid $15 for them. He looks adorable and always has a green light now from mom to be a boy and play hard.They run big. My son will be 4 in a couple months and is very tall and skinny. I bought the 3T and if I don’t tie them, they hang a little low/sometimes show his crack. The tie is short making it not easy to do this all the time so they’re a little loose but not a big deal. Waist wise the 2T probably would have been perfect but because he’s so tall I got the 3. Also, LOVE that there are so many prints to choose from!!!
