Piano did not come with batteries, when batteries were inserted the piano started to glitch and the lights started to blink consistently and static coming from the speakers.

Something has broke in the inside and it won’t turn on now. A month old. Amazon will not do anything about it because it’s 6 days outside the return window. I wouldn’t risk it.

I purchased this for my niece's birthday. She turned 6... it was the biggest hit of the party. Her older brother and sister, who are 12 and 10 also took a liking to this. Everything on it worked fine and it has lots of features. The headphones were a great addition and her parents are thankful for those! I also bought her a beginner's piano book with the stickers for the piano keys, in case she takes a long term interest in piano. Overall I would highly recommend this and I was not disappointed.
