Despite obtaining the correct measurements, this cover did not fit my leather office chair well at all. I had to do a good amount of pulling and stretching to get it into place. The zipper is sharp and my chair is leather so that made it more difficult to stretch it without tearing the leather. The cover did tear in a few places around the zipper though. I was not able to zip it all the way closed and wasn't able to do anything with the straps underneath the chair seat. However, now that it is in place, it does seem like it is staying put. The material is like a plastic vinyl. The kind of material that your bare legs would stick to if wearing shorts or a skirt. I was hoping this would protect my leather chair from my cats making little claw marks on it when jumping up and down but as thin as this material is, I don't think it will offer much protection. I personally would not get this style or brand again in the future.

I've not had much luck in the past with these office chair covers but this cover was super easy to put on my chair and it's the perfect fit. I ordered the large and was glad that I did. My office chair isn't a high back chair but stops short of my shoulders and this cover fits it perfect. The material is a faux vinyl which offers a waterproof barrier which I really like. I have a tendency to spill coffee and it wipes up easily off this cover.
