I like the product well made but I experienced for the first time an issue of a engine running rough and too much fuel. I installed the old carburetor and the engine ran fine. I took the new carburetor apart and found that it did not have the rubber tip attached to the needle of the electric fuel switch. I didn't return it because I used some parts of the kit. This must of been a return item where the returnee used just the rubber tip or manufacturer error. The carbs was for a 2010 cub cadet ltx1040.

I purchased this carb as a replacement on a cub cadet lawn mower -- it actually exceeded my expectations - mounted perfectly and included all the extra parts to install -- the engine started immediately and ran and idled perfect -- i had zero issues and would definitely recommend to anyone hope this helps

Got this carb for my cub cadet mower. Fits just like factory does. The down side of this is that my mower does not run any better then it did with the old carb. The only way it will even stay running is with the choke completely on. Its almost like the jet in this is not enough fuel for the amount of air supplied. Do not recommend getting this one. I will be asking for a refund for this one.

You get what you pay for with this carb, not the best build quality but does the job. The added "bonus" items are of very low quality and I would not recommend you use them unless you are in a serious bind.

Looked exactly like the original and was easy to swap out. Here is something that they don't tell you. The wire connector fits both ways and my original carburetor didn't have the same connector so I had no clue which side positive and which side negative. After spending time searching I discovered it's red on the right side (when looking at it right side up). You're welcome 😊Make sure you adjust the screw in the middle to match your old ones.
