I'd hoped that the problem had been solved. Nope. Two different ones both spelled emotio. Can Amazon reach out and get the vendor to fix the problem? I'm sure they'd sell a lot if the problem were fixed.

Nice looking key chain. However it is missing engraving on last line.Should say "the emotional". and it says "the emoti"Ordered a replacement but had the same issue.

This product is unfinished. The last letters of the stamped message is missing. I ordered twice thinking it was a one time mistake, both items were defective.

Like other reviews, the word emotional only had emotio. Not going to order another one since this seems to be an ongoing issue. Too bad because it would have been a cute gift.

While the key chain is good quality the spelling on the keychain is incorrect, instead of emotional it says emotio... I ordered this twice to try and get a correct one but after the second one being the exact same I gave up.

I loved the saying in this keychain. But the word Emotional is incomplete. Like another reviewer, I ordered a second keychain, in the hopes that mine was just faulty. Nope. The second one was defective as well.
