1. The plate and the needle segments were not glued to the base . Is it normal to have a little gap?
The core spindle of the turntable is designed with a four point spring suspension shock absorber structure, which can effectively reduce the sound resonance of the phonograph.
2. Can I connect this to a Wireless speaker?
Sorry, it only support Wireless input, But you can try RCA output and USB playback.
3. What should I do if the tonearm is shaking too much?
Please re-adjust the tonearm and make sure it is neutrally balanced before you set the counterweight.

Honestly, this thing looks great and works well. I opened it right away as soon as I got it.Wish the sound could go a little higher, but that’s what the external speakers are for. Overall happy with its look and it sounds smooth.

Terrible! This is the second record player I’ve bought from this company “the first one the belt went out and started playing the records slower tempo.”I ordered this one. It arrived and when I plugged it in and turned it on a loud pop was heard from the front speaker. It won’t even cut on. It was a gift and this was the letdown of the party. Thanks for nothing

I’m excited to continue to use this record player! I started out with a Crosley suitcase turntable - it has served me well as a first time user and have been looking for an upgrade as my love of vinyl grows. This has a clean aesthetic, easy to use and decent sound quality for the price.

The fit and finish and clear lid looks and works great. Looking for an easy way to put old albums and 45's on a USB drive to play in the car. Works great for that. Couldn't be easier, once you get the hang of it. There are better sounding and more sophisticated ways to do this, I didnt want to go that route. This is way easier, but the quality wont be the same. The 2 small speakers aren't that impressive. I didnt buy it for that. Good for hearing what you are doing while recording or just playing in a single room. I does have 2 outputs speaker jacks on the back for external speakers, I do have some 3-Way speakers, but I havent tried that.You can just play a record, or plug in a USB drive and play those songs. While recording, You can put all songs on 1 file, or a new file for each song recorded. After recording to USB drive, plug into your computer, under Music the file/files are numbered. Then rename the files. When playing in car, song names show up on screen.

Colour is perfect and exactly as shown. Just big enough to fit the albums I have, wish was many a tab bigger but otherwise perfect and exactly what I wanted. Very sturdy and well mfg'd as well.

Unlike another buyer's review, my box stays closed when full of records and picked up by the handle. It's beautiful to look at in real life. And it holds about 25 of my records (many are double albums). Overall I'm really happy with it.
