so im only using the gauge-looking one for right now because i lost my septum ring at the beach. since the hole is closing its very convient. HOWEVER, this one is VERY tiny. i have a pretty small nose, even my piercer said i barely had enough room to pierce my septum because of the size, and this jewelry just disappears in my nose. the spiked horseshoe looks bigger, and once my nose heals ill see how it measures up a bit better, but the jewelry im using currently is super small. if thats something that concerns you or you like the look of a bold septum, maybe shy away from this one. otherwise, this entire pack is pretty great

Very cute and it doesn’t cause any irritation, I’m allergic to certain metals and this is perfect for me .

only problem i have is how flexible the metal of the pincher is! i took it out and the tip on one side was bent, it was too small to bend back :( the rest of the jewelry is perfect!

The pinchers are super tiny- smaller than the horseshoes- so they dont stick out too far. Over all not bad quality. Extra balls are a big plus

loved them, they fit well and are the perfect size and also good quality. but the bands for the pinchers were not.. wouldve been 5 stars if the bands didnt loosen in a few days.
