MB10-SKA | Compact EMT First Responder Stocked Trauma Kit

At Lightning X Products, our 25+ years of experience in this field allows us to bring real world experience into designing the perfect kits for EMTs. Our MB10-SKA Compact First Responder Kit comes with over 200+ professional grade medical supplies, and is an excellent beginners kit for EMTs, but is basic enough to be used by the general public.
The LXMB10 is our most compact first responder bag. It holds the same standard fill kit as our LXMB20, but with a more streamlined fit and value minded design. Our trauma bag is made of heavy-duty water resistant nylon, professional grade zippers and safety reflective trim sewn all over the bag.
The bag consists of a main hold with customizable dividers, a storage flap with 6 elastic tool loops, and two full length zippered side pockets. Unlike similar bags with buckled flaps, the MB10 has all zippered compartments - so everything stays in place until you need it.
The webbing carry straps feature a hook and loop strap grabber to keep the handles in place. Finally, the sides and back include yellow & silver triple trim reflective tape for added visibility on scene, and an ID card holder for easy identification. When assembled, the bag measures 14" (L) x 9" (W) x 7" (H)

Additional Features
Reflective Safety Trim
The LXMB10 features 360 degrees of reflective sewn onto various compartments for visibility on any scene. The straps feature reflective stitching woven in, the zipper pulls are fully reflective, and both ends are completely wrapped in safety yellow/silver tape
Elastic Tool Loops
The inside top flap of our bag includes elastic MOLLE tool loops for storing trauma shears, penlights, tweezers, hemostats, bandage shears - all of which are included with the kit - or add custom supplies like airways, meds or a tourniquet
Organization Is Key
Our first aid bag includes 4 removable padded divider compartments for organizing your gear. Our padded flaps keeps your medical supplies protected, and aide in separating your equipment based on use - like airway, bleeding, meds, trauma & however else you customize your kit

I'll be honest, I bought this mainly for the bag than for the contents. I have kept a few of the items in the kit, but I had most everything else in a kit that got worn out. The tools that came with the kit are good quality, but for bandages and other items I used my own stuff.

I have been looking for a small first responder type kit I could put in my car that provided me with the tools I needed should I end up in a situation that needed my skills as an old EMT. This kit contains almost everything I need from being able to remove a sliver to stopping major bleeding. I still had enough room left to add a few items that I felt I needed. I can throw this in my trunk and not worry about anything breaking. It is built very strong with heavy materials and strong stitching
