The Lexmark C3326dw Color Laser Printer stands out for its ease of use, making it a solid choice for both home and small office settings. Its setup process is straightforward, enabling users to get up and running without the hassle typically associated with printer configuration. The printer's interface is user-friendly, offering intuitive navigation that simplifies the task of printing documents and photos in vibrant color and crisp detail. Its printing speed is commendable, ensuring that workflows remain uninterrupted, while the print quality consistently impresses, striking a fine balance between clarity and color accuracy. However, the Lexmark C3326dw is not without its flaws. A significant drawback is the high cost of toner refills. This aspect can be a deal-breaker for many, as the expense associated with maintaining the printer's ink supply often surpasses the initial cost of the printer itself. This situation leads to an inconvenient and financially imprudent scenario where purchasing a new printer becomes more economical than buying authentic toner cartridges. Such a model raises concerns about sustainability and long-term value, making potential buyers think twice before investing.

This is a printer only - no scanner- but it does a great job printing. It was very easy to set up out of the box, however, it is fairly heavy to lift and put in place. I was able to add it to my computer with a few clicks into the settings and it was off and running. It prints so much faster than what I had and is great quality.

This is a great printer, the initial toner cartridges showed low after printing about a dozen color images and then the toner cartridges' full size are very expensive. A full set are about $550 for the set of five and that is for the 1500 page toner carts. No telling how many prints they will get out of them.So great printingEasy printing from your phone remotelyEasy connect to the wireless networkSmall footprint

The CS331DW is a pretty good printer. The text is crisp, the speed probably in line with its price, and with tweaking I think you could get an acceptable color print with it. It comes with a CD (dated 2019) that has only Windows drivers and associated files. The printer has connections for USB, wired network and wireless (with a number of security protocols available, and includes AirPrint as well). There is initial setting up of the printer required and that can be done, if you're very patient, on the little screen on the front. However, the easiest and smartest way, if you are using networking to connect to the printer, is through a web browser. The default IP on my printer was 192.168.1.8 (as I recall, maybe it was .6) and that can be changed in the settings directly on the printer if your network is not based on 192.168.1.*. You type the network address in the browser and that takes you to an Embedded Web Server in the printer firmware, where you can enter date, time, change a number of parameters and get information about the printer. The Lexmark web page compatibility page does not include Mac OS X for this printer but the Mac will recognize and install drivers which work, sometimes, but are flakey and seem to only print single pages. The good news for linux users is that my debian-based linux box recognized the printer as soon as I turned it on and the system installed drivers that seem to work quite well. I will probably look for the Lexmark recommended linux drivers and see how they work. The one aspect of this printer, one I foolishly didn't check into before buying, is the price of replacement toner. The standard cartridges are 20N10[K0,C0,M0,Y0], the high capacity are 20N1H[K0,M0,C0,Y0], but it seems they are normally assumed to be replaced as part of the 'Lexmark Return Program', whatever that is; to me that is a pain. Amazon lists some high capacity toner cartridges for this printer for nearly $200 (CDN) each, and I have no idea whether these are part of a return program or what. I haven't yet found a company that sells replacement, refillable, toner for these.I bought this CS331DW to replace the only color laser printer I have that can do full duplex printing, a Lexmark CS410dn. That printer developed small spots (for each toner) in consistent places on pages. I removed the very complicated, and outrageously expensive internal parts, could see no obvious cause for the problem, and will junk that printer. I'm starting to wonder if I should have simply stayed away from Lexmark printers for good.

Two days ago I received my printer. I had no problems with the installation. You don't need to use a CD. simply remove all stickers, plug in your device, connect to Wi-Fi, and follow the instructions on the monitor. The printing speed is very high. I like it. But I found that it can't print the CDR file. format (Corel Draw) You need to save the file in PDF format and then print out. I'm so happy with this purchase. I recommend it! And I recommend this seller!

I bought this to upgrade from a Samsung Xpress SL-M2825DW that finally kicked the bucket after 7 years of use. 8 months in and I am very glad I went this route. The Lexmark C3326dw is satisfyingly fast in black and white, though only decent when printing full color. I use it for everything from small documents to manuals to full color comic books, does a fantastic job of each.Printing over wifi has so far resulted in 100% success rate in waking up from idle, which wasn't something I got from my last printer. Have not once gotten a "cannot find printer" or communication issues over wifi. iPhone, Windows and Mac laptops, iPad, and Android tablets all print to this printer over wifi consistently. It also prints double sided as fast as most office printers, which was an unexpected bonus.Again, full color is a bit slower than I was expecting, but still fast relatively speaking, and black and white is lightning fast, about as fast as any laser I've worked with. After 8 months of use, this thing is a treat to use. Highly recommend.

We needed a printer to print Australia Post labels but struggled to find one small enough to fit into our clinic reception area. This one fit perfectly in the small space required and the cost was reasonable. It needs to be noted that although the printer comes with a partially loaded toner cartridge the replacement cartridge's are almost double the price of the printer but that was ok with us. The cartridge last for a very long time.

This seemed like a pretty good printer. It was fast and reliable and while it was very loud when printing, it was silent at all other times. After 5 months of light usage it started printing repeated fat lines of black, magenta, blue, and yellow on every page. It looks more like printing than toner smearing. I tried to contact customer support but there are a lot of roadblocks to getting to an actual person and I don't have time to step through all the hoops so I'm writing it off and buying another brand.
