Seems to run slightly slim. But length appears to be correct. Bought way up in size for my 2.5 year old to wear as Daisy Duck for Halloween. I think the length will be a little bunchy (true to size) but we needed a bigger size in the waist... as with most tights. These are pretty thick and I think will hold up at least 4 or so times for different dress up times.

Tights fit as expected, and are of good quality; they were a bit more 'See Through' than we would have liked but that was due more to the Elf Costume being considerably shorter than we expected. (That is what we get for having a toddler the size of a six year old)
