I picnic all the time from spring to fall, and I am absolutely in love with this wine bag. It perfectly holds any bottles of similar size to a wine bottle, and if you flatten one or both compartment dividers within, you can increase the size of the containers, such as a bottle of wine with a 2L bottle of something else. (Dividers are sewn in on one side and cannot be completely removed. The other side is attached with Velcro which can be detached, but only to flatten against the side of the bag.)The bag is not thermal (but has a vinyl lining that can easily clean up any spills) and has no snap or zipper to close the top. Mainly, you want this bag for it's good looks and simple style. Two pockets on the sides can hold your bottle opener and other small accessories, but that's it. If you don't require a bag with too much going on, and you're looking for a deep rich colour that for some reason is hard to find, then this is perfect.

I just thermos jar style containers to pack my lunch, and their cylindrical shape makes them a bit of a mismatch for most lunch bags, so I went looking for something like this, and it has been perfect. Thermos jar goes in one pocket, drink (it can hold up to a 1l seltzer bottle, no problem) goes in the other, and it works like a charm. Plus, it just looks and feels nice. Very satisfied.

Good quality, no bad stitching to be seen. I've been using this for about a month now; for carrying wine bottles over to friends dinner invites and also more often carrying a couple water bottles when travelling to another location. Looks good, solid and works.
