Voltage Testing
Used to test battery and automotive circuits voltage, when use this test light, do connect the Alligator Clip to the ground.

1. Only for DC 3-48V circuits voltage testing, can't be used for any AC wires or circuits
2. Do attach the probe to positive pole and alligator clip to negative pole. If positive and negative electrodes are linked oppositely, the tester won’t react.

Well, built, easy to use copper clamp, which is nice instead of the steel haven’t used it much but worked very well. Would definitely recommend good price only wish it was built in the USA other than that great product.

Bought this after i fried my regular test light-didn't know it was for 12 to 24 volts. I used this for installing some battery gauges on my golf car-48 volts. It works great. Easy to see the numbers on the tester even after dark. I really like the way it's lights up so it's easy to read after dark. the ground lead is plenty long with a good clamp on it. I defiantly recommended this tester.

Like the nice curly cord, strong alligator clip is great. Having the voltage reading in real time is a nice feature. Good for easy circuit testing

I bought this tester because I wanted to know a little more about my quick circuit testing than a dummy test light will tell you. This thing checks all the boxes of high quality.I have been using it on 36 volt and 48 volt golf carts. Helps in checking the batteries and running your lower 12 volt accessories without burning them out.I have used a lot of different testers over the years and this one hands down is better than any other I have ever used.It is my go to tool. I use this every day and it is far easier and quicker then getting out my $200 meter (that is a pain in the butt to use).The only negative is that the meter does not give any measurement past 48 volts. However, LOL. I did buy this as a 3v-48v tester and it does that job precisely.Great customer service as well if you have any questions or issues with your circuit tester.

This is a great tool and very easy to use and read. I use it tracing hot wires in extensive 12 volt wiring systems on boats and it works perfectly. The only thing I would add or change would be to have both a large size clip on the wire end as well as the option to replace it with a smaller one for those small negative feed panels, but it still works as I just use a smaller lead from the clip. I would recommend it as part of any tool box.

This item is of very high quality. I had the option to get one for a lesser cost but this one looked like the best deal for both quality and value. It has meant my needs and looks to be in my tools for many years to come. It is used for diagnostic of DC electrical continuity to find hot lines or terminals or broken connections. this one works all the way down to 3 VDC and up to 48 VDC so a wider range than other options. With a very clear digital read out which is nice to check the voltage as delivered to the prospective sight or terminal component. I used it for automotive at 12 VDC but can be used for computer diagnostics too as it goes down to check the many 5 VDC connections too.

really easy to use and the spring cord keeps everything neat when your work and the lights on the display helps to see thing better in dark spaces like a fuse box
