Ok quality for practice

I got these for my grandson top use with his new compound bow. They are very strong, accurate, and the tips are great. With all of the misfires and other objects hit the tips have eld up well. I bought one of the straw, layered targets to go along with them, and they have no trouble sticking in the target, and then turning them back out to retrieve them. Great product at a reasonable price. Will be ordering two more sets this Spring when archery season rolls around. Also have nice bright feathers for locating them in the tall grass or leaves when we miss the target.

The arrows fly straight, are robust, and a good length. The nocks are a little tight for my bowstring which can cause damage when pulling on the string. Since the nocks have two clicks, it can be easy to miss the second one and dry fire the bow. Happened to me a few times.

Would like this so much that we got two more because it’s such a great price for these amount of arrows. Thanks a lot.

My wife and I regularly do target practice on our home archery range, using a variety of different bows. We use one compound bow and several recurve bows. The recurve bows we use have draw weights of 35 to 45 pounds, and the compound bow has a draw weight of 65-pounds. For the last several years we’ve ordered the GPP branded carbon arrows for target practice and have been happy with those. It was time for us to order a couple of more packs and I had the opportunity to order these Laneret models on Vine and thought we should give them a try.Out of the box they are very similar to the other arrows we have been using for several years. The arrows were well packaged and none of the vanes were bent or mangled. The synthetic fletching vanes appear identical in size and dimensions to those on my other arrows that hold up fine to repeated use. The field points make the arrows easy to remove from targets and their tips don’t easily bend with accidental impacts to target stands. I weighed the field points on a digital scale, and they weighed in at 6-grams (0.24-ounces) each, so that means they are 100-grain arrow tips. The nocks are a little shorter and tighter than those on my other arrows, but they look like they have thick plastic and should hold up just fine, and an additional six nocks were included in the box in case you break any of those that have been pre-installed on the arrows.Testing these on my range, they flew just as well as the other arrows we use, with a good flight path and little flex. The nocks stayed on and oriented correctly with repeated use, and the field tips did not come loose. I am impressed that the shaft of the field tips has a small O-ring to help prevent them from unscrewing themselves during use (but I still use a dab of 222 Loctite to prevent any possibility of them untightening during flight and impact). I highly recommend using carbon arrows instead of aluminum ones for target practice. They’re more durable and won’t bend.Because these were received as part of the Vine program, I didn’t have a choice of color, and received the model with the blue and white vanes. I prefer red or orange vanes because they are easier to see and find when someone misses a target. The blue vanes are still visible in the grass, but not as well as the brighter colors. It is so painful to mow over an arrow that couldn’t be found a few days earlier, so if you order these, I recommend the orange vaned ones. But I am not nocking (get it) a star off because of the color.I measured the shaft of these arrows, and the shaft is indeed a full 30-inches not including the tip or arrow, so I am glad that they are as advertised, as I recently received another brand that was shorter than advertised. These arrows are a great value. If you lose or break one it won’t break the bank, and they are accurate and durable enough to help you properly hone your skills. These will likely be my new go to replacements when I need to order more arrows.
