I originally bought the 2 piece strut mount but it was the wrong one for my Rav4 Limited V6 7 passenger front struts. The 2 piece can be seen in the middle picture with red background. part being the middle and bottom pieces.This piece is identical to the OEM top mount as can be seen in the first and last picture. It also has a bearing on the inside compared to the external bearing of the 2 piece. Make sure you do not get the wrong part. Two piece is part SM5658. One piece is part SM5639.

This fixed my suspension clunk on my CT200H. It was pretty straight forward install.You will have to remove jack up the car and then remove the wheels. Once you have done that, you will then be able to remove the suspension piece. It's held on by two lower bolts and nuts (17mm) and there are three bolts under the hood. Once removed, you will need a spring compressor to decompress the springs so you can remove the strut mount. It is a very simple job and super easy if you have all the tools. Good luck!

Ordered 2 of these, 1 was OK the other not so much. Sealed bearing was missing a chunk of the seal and the mount itself wasn't square and was actually bent a bit. Both mounts came from the same factory in India. I returned 1 and now have to wait an additional 6 days for the replacement to come in which might not be any better. I honestly expect to be replacing these in about a year, the quality control of these is lacking. None of the other aftermarket mounts seem any better, I'll probably end up spending the money on OEM mounts from Toyota when these wear out in short order. *note the mount returned showed no signs of ever being installed, it was defective*

I own a 2006 rav4 "base model" with v6 engine the part listed does not fit. I notified KYB of the issue and they never got back to me with any explanation. Once my mechanic had my truck appart I was forced to over pay $180 for Monroe mounts from a local auto part store... This is not amazons fault... Amazon took the parts back and issued a refund np.So either KYB has the wrong information or they packaged the parts wrong.
