I put these on and found them very scratchy. The top especially really irritated my skin. I have washed them once and they are better, but still not 'soft and comfortable.'Other than that, they are good quality. I am 5' 11" 200 lbs. and got a Large which is my usual size. The upper part of the top is a bit tight. Other than that they feel to be the right size. The pants are perfect, so I wouldn't suggest sizing up.
