I got 4 wheel studs on a jeep pulled in with this and it shattered to pieces. I had the studs measured and had plenty of clearance on the shank, I have been a technician for 20 years and can tell you this isn't worth it.

Works great, and didn't break for all 16 of my studs, but keep in mind that you should let the tool cool down a bit after pulling a few studs. If it gets too hot the bearing will blow and you'll have to get a new tool.

Tools fail, that cant be avoided no matter how premium they are, and why i bring this up is simple curiousity on the intended life span of this product, how many studs can be installed before failure occurs? Is this a pro level product or a hobby level they dont really say, but they do back it up witha 24 month warranty. We installed 5 lugs and never noticed any sort of unusually quick wear to the product.Overall, so far so good!!
