Flat bottomed spoon. It isn't high quality, lightweight porcelain. Still works well for large soup bowls. The drilled hole isn't centered.

This is a perfect serving spoon. I use it to serve my folks dinner, usually Asian food. Ideal, since it stands on it's own on a plate.Alternatively, it could make a good soup spoon, i.e. won ton soup, if a little unwieldy for the size.
