The balljoints are clearly more heavy duty than the old ones and they fit my aftermarket control arms perfectly. Only problem is the stud didn’t fit through the hole on my spindle. I had to drill it out about another 1/16” to get it through. And the taper doesn’t seat as far into the spindle as the old one either, although the castle nut aligned correctly with the cotter pin hole so I assume that’s how they’re designed. Kryptonite has the best warranty I’ve ever seen on anything.

The description of this ball joint says it replaces the k6292 which in fact it doesn’t. The seller admittedly knew about this and refunded my money, however charged me for the restocking fee. What bad business ethic. Shop elsewhere
