They are ment for periods but I wear them at night for incontinence they hold alot of liquid and wicks them so you don't feel uncomfortable. They aren't the most attractive underwear but they are great if you have a light flow & don't leak. Forget about tampons pads or panty liners. Just throw them in the washer & they are good as new. They are covered by most FSA & HSA they seem expensive but in the long run you are saving money not purchasing pads

I ended up really liking these! I usually wear them towards the end of my cycle but they’re more comfy than I thought they would be! I’m usually a small but sized up for a medium and it was a perfect fit.

Zeros stars if I could. I used on a light flow day and it didn’t even last three hours before I bled through. Please do not waste your money on this. The size and fit are normal and good, but the leak resistance and absorbency are AWFUL.

Fantastic product and quality. The material is leak resistant but not too think. It works great for embarrassing coughs. I have ordered more. Great absorbency.

Wearing overnight as back up protection. Stays in place and does the job. Much better than pads which may bunch and shift.Not sure if I'd wear them all day as they fit tighter/lower on my legs on the front and ride up a bit in the back. But I can sleep comfortably.

I haven't used this yet bc it showed up the day after my cycle ended. It feels like comfortable material, though, and the crotch isn't very thick like I had feared (I'm a tampon user).The only complaint right now is I got them for emergency or for overnight & I bought them 2 sz larger than what I usually wear bc of the material. I gambled bc that fabric typically runs "tight" or smaller. I was right. It stretches fine, but the waistband is tighter than I had hoped it would be.There's no tummy control, so to speak... Just muffin top. There may be different styles and I just didn't see it. But I definitely wanted this brand bc the little bit of research I did showed that a lot of panties advertised as period panties were actually just thicker lined in case you leaked through your pad or tampon... This brand was the actual period panties for a super flow.I have a cycle every two weeks, & I'll be using it soon...so if the absorbency is great, I'll come back and increase the stars. I'm not dissatisfied.
