Delivery: This dress arrived sooner than expected, something that was appreciated as it said one + mos and arrived in just less than one.Packaging: was air tight and don’t let the size fool you - this dress is FULL size and puffs up a lot.Fit: I measured and ended up with a 16+plus to be ordered. This is correct and the measurements are correct for sizes! Very important and make sure you measure!I am disappointed however that it does not look anywhere close to the image as seen in the picture. I don’t have the petticoat on in this image but the corset is at its tightest and it still looks very … straight? No curve or form.Dress:The in-dress bra is amazing and I love having that extra strap in there due to the back. It does NOT support or lift the girls though so make sure you have a proper push up strapless as wellThe straps! This has to be my biggest complaint! They do not sit where they are supposed to, the fabric is sewn to sit UP on your shoulder not off so it folds funny at the bust. There is also a VERY tight elastic strap to “hold up” the dress I’m assuming as I can’t figure out why else it is there. I have to either have it replaced or removed entirely due to its tensionThe bodice is sequined/sewn beads. Be aware that it will rub your arms and it will catch at the front as well but is beautifully crafted and high quality work not a single detail looked cheap.The fabric is VERY prone to static due to the layers and material. If you have a pet home, make sure you are clear of that or have a couple lint brushes handy because the bottom 6 inches of mine was covered.Otherwise it’s a great dress, it’s high quality, but the straps and the fit will most likely see me replacing it or having to alter it in order to attend my ball in a month or so.

Purchased this dress for my daughter for a family photo shoot. My daughter is very petite and stands 4 feet 7 inches tall. I had contacted the shop in which the dress was shipping from and after a few back and fourth body measurements, the dress finally arrived! Eager to try it on, both my daughter and I were so happy with the alterations! The dress fit perfect ! The dress shop did wonderful work and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!!!!

Beautiful gown! Everyone loved it at the gala I was at.Definitely buy the petticoats Amazon suggests with it. It was long on me but the petticoats helped!

I’d give negative stars if I could. My first mistake was clearly ordering from amazon, so I’ll accept that. However, this company is horrible at marketing. I ordered the burgundy, which turned out to be a much lighter burgundy and NOTHING like the photo. The other thing is, it doesn’t have a zipper. It has this poorly thought through lace system that just does not make sense for a person who is putting it on by themselves. Sure if you have a couple of people and pins to hold the stupid back piece of Fabric in place, then sure. The lace back is cute, but you may as well have had a zipper too. Overall if youre looking for a nice dress, this one isn’t it. Waste of time and money

Our experience was perfect from start to finish!!! I took my daughter's measurements and sent them along with my order. I was immediately contacted to confirm our event date. The dress came earlier than promised and fit my daughter perfectly! Even the length. No costly alterations were required making the dress that much more of a bargain as compared with retail stores! I would recommend to anyone wanting to look and feel fabulous at a fraction of the cost!

I purchased this dress for my granddaughters prom with Masquerade Theme. She had looked at many dresses and finally chose this. We had 2 weeks or less to purchase and get delivered in time. The customer service I received was extremely the best. Very accommodating and they even adjusted the hemline as we needed it shorter. They made sure the dress was delivered ahead of the prom. The quality of the dress was beyond our expectations. It fit her perfectly and she felt and looked beautiful. Thank you so much!

I was first skeptical about buying my wedding dress online from Amazon, but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I knew I had some additional items that I wanted for my dress (Train and pockets) and the seller was amazing in working that out with me. It didn't even cost that much extra and it gave the gown a regal look. The seller was very responsive in the whole process and was usually available for quick responses in the evenings. the dress was made and shipped within a month! I highly recommend getting a hoop skirt AND soft crinoline to wear underneath. I did this and it gave the dress just the right amount of poof with the length coming out perfect in the end. Just one recommendations for the seller. The lace sleeves might do better being sewn to the bungie part of the sleeve. This way they stay together when the dress is being worn. My wedding isn't for another year but I look at these pictures almost every night and am so pleased with everything.

my daughter wanted this off the shoulder look for Prom but there is this elastic beneath the droop sleeves which were a bit tight and prevented her arms from going up. ( she doesn't have big arms but the measurements they ask for don't include how wide your shoulders or upper arms are)Luckily, I was able to cut extra from the laces in the back and create spaghetti straps and reattach the drop sleeves to the spaghetti straps.It wasn't the style she originally wanted but it made it more practical for dancing and it was still gorgeous and fit perfectly everywhere else. Nice built it bra with actual hook in back. TONS of compliments. You will spend a lot more from a dept store and maybe more in alterations for far less quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. Something without the drop sleeve though.

Dress is beautiful, my daughter loves it. It fits very well and seems like a nice material. Service was excellent, and delivery (from China) was pretty quick (it arrived one day after delivery estimate which was still good given the current state of mail delivery/shipping delays). We added a 1 hoop petticoat to help fill out the skirt (though dress looked pretty even without one). Very pleased with this purchase and the seller. Thanks.
