Acacia Wood is Very Durable and Perfect for Perpering Food
At 2,300 PSI on the Janka scale, Acacia Wood it’s 55% harder than the European white oak and about 23% harder than hickory, it is one of the hardest wood. Also, bacteria doesn't like to grow on Acacia wood. This means you can safely use it for preparing and serving food.

These are so much easier to use than rigid plastic tools. The silicon is just pliable enough to get a great movement between cookware and food. The look really nice too

I bought the gray set. They are beautiful. So much nicer that the solid black nylon utensils they replaced. So far I’ve used the spoon and the spatula. The spoon is very sturdy. No flexing when you scoop up heavier food. I used the spatula to make scrambled eggs and loved that the edge has a little flex to it. My husband commented there were no dry bits around the edge of the pan. It’s because this spatula conformed to the edge of the pan when I was stirring so nothing stuck and dried out. These utensils are very easy to clean. Even if food dries on them it washes right off with warm soapy water.

They look great and are good quality. There made by a small business that’s looking to help if there is any issues. Spoon could be a little bigger but still good size.

Only one of the 5 utensils was finished. One was properly tapered and sealed. The others seemed to be of a lessor quality wood without attractive figuring, color and tapering. I am disappointed. AFTER MY WIFE has been using them for a couple of weeks, she finds that they are perfect for the job. She says that the utensils are beautiful, the right size and shape, the handles are the right diameter, much better than anything else she has seen. She handwashes them and finds that the silicone has not melted are gotten softer or stiffer. I have never seen such a change of heart! Hint - all of the handles need to be sealed.

Super happy with the purchase! The utensils are all sturdy and I love the look of the wooden handles. Now for some side notes. The spatula is a little small at the end, but this doesn't bother me too much personally so it may depend on your preference. In terms of colour it's more of a brownish grey compared to what's shown in the photos, but I actually prefer this since it complements the wood a lot better.
