This item worked perfect on my Pioneer 500, along with the KFI winch mount. KFI's manufacturer cross reference is spot-on too.(By the way, if you've considered getting a Warn Axon for your UTV, they're really nice!)

With the new bumper added to my Canam Defender, I didn’t have a place to mount my fairlead. I have the factory Superwinch terra 45 that came on my Lonestar edition and this fairlead bracket mounted up perfectly to my winch and the tough country bumper.

I bought this along with a KFI receiver mount plate and KFI riser spacers for my Warn 55-S. All threre were recommended by KFI for the Warn. Perfect fit. Very pleased,

I am surprised by the lack of information available on the internet for the latest WARN products and thought I would leave a review here to help the next person. After much investigation and comments from another reviewer here I took a chance and ordered the KFI 100695 for my WARN 45-S. This is the correct plate with plenty of room for mounting the fairlead. The bolt pattern is 6.60" x 3.00" which fits the WARN AXON 45, 45-S, 55 and 55-S. Pictures show winch and fairlead mounted on a Bad Dawg bumper using the KFI 100695 plate. If you have a WARN wide format winch this is your plate.
