I love these types of pull-buoys. my swim level: Recreational lap swimming and swim drills. In my mind, the classic 2-piece and strap-connected buoys work much better for all kinds of drills. The new one-piece foam "figure 8" devices create too much lift.Two piece like this Kemp: More control, buoyancy can be slightly adjusted to "less", more resistance, better work out and above all: Much, much superior for maintaining rotation. Great that Kemp still makes them.
