I drink this in the summer, when hot coffee just seems 🥵. I love the flavor and how easy it is to make. Just put a couple pouches in a large pitcher of water- let it brew on the counter for 24 hours, and then refrigerate. A pitcher lasts me about 3-4 days, so I have to reorder about every 2 weeks, and will admit that gets expensive. Towards the end of the summer I started only using one pouch/pitcher to save $. It’s not as good that way as two pouches, makes it seem like more of a weak tea than coffee- but I’m okay with that. (Realize others may not be.)

Easy to use and almost no clean up. The bags can be brittle but if you use them in a pitcher its easy to remove them. The only downside with the coffee is that its more bitter than I am used to. I normally drink my coffee black but I add a little half and half and sugar with this one.

As far as cold brew goes. This is top tier. Great taste. Easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend. Will most definitely be buying again.

I read the reviews stating that the bags would fail, releasing the grounds, defeating the purpose of this product. I thought maybe these reviewers weren’t gentle enough, and if I am very very gentle with it, that it would work and I’d be good to go. Nope. I tried it twice, not agitating the bag in any way. Simply laying it the water like putting a sleeping baby in a crib. I used a large plastic colander to lift the bag out of the water. Both times, the bag was already open and losing grounds before I attempted to lift.I had to pour the coffee through a separate paper filter, into another container. This was way more hassle than it was worth. I thought I had solved the issues with the sediment escaping the metal filter in my cold brew vessel with this product but to no avail. This was worse than the original problem.

Flavor is mild & not acidic. Certainly easy to make. Good product!

Really enjoyed this coffee!! I don’t like weak coffee and this has a lot of quality high-end flavor. It’s important to follow the directions and use the right amount of bags for the size container you’re using and to brew at ROOM TEMPERATURE. As another reviewer did, I made the mistake of trying to brew it cold in the fridge… doesn’t steep properly that way. Also note you use TWO bags for normal size pitcher. One is for a quart size jar (32 ounces aka 4 cups). A 12 ounce Cold Brew is $3.95 at Starbucks …that’s about 30 cents an ounce. Katy’s is 8-9 cents an ounce less than 1/3 the cost and I can afford to have it every day if I choose at home where it’s convenient and without the waste of throw away cups. Love supporting small businesses! Will purchase again!

I was in search for a delicious new cold brew coffee since others were just not working for me. I came across Katy's cold brew and the flavor will certainly be exactly what you're looking for! Smooth chocolate almond notes definitely there to dance on your tongue! The directions were spot on,no guessing how much water or time and the pitcher packs made for easy clean up with no grinds floating around my drink. The best part is that it will last 2 weeks in your refrigerator if you can make it last that long! A delicious drink surely to make your taste buds happy!

UPDATE: My original review was strictly based on product packaging because I had no product to review. After emails with the owner, Katy and ordering a new bag, I can now offer a more insightful review. I'd like to add Katy offered to refund my $$ and send me a new order. I took her up on the refund but I had already ordered a new bag. I'm all for supporting local small businesses, and women owned to boot. Truly great customer service.Now onto the coffee. The aroma of the grounds are truly amazing in my opinion. So once again I couldn't wait to brew my first batch. I started off with 2 bags and let steep in 64 oz of water as instructed for 24hrs. The taste was a little too weak for my liking. For my next batch I cut the water down to 48 oz and it was perfect. Katy's Cold Brew will definitely stay in my rotation.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I could smell it before I even opened the pouch & was excited to brew a batch. When I got around to opening the bags had holes or burst open. There were grounds all inside the pouch. Even more disappointed when I found out I was unable to return for a replacement. I'm out 22.95 & no coffee to brew. Shame on me for not checking return policy. I was hoping to write a positive review.
