Iron-On Patch Instructions
1. Prior to application, heat iron to 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Set stem to OFF.
2. Iron the area of the garment where patch will be placed.
3. Position the patch on the garment, with the embroidery facing up.
4. Place a pressing cloth over patch and press firmly for 30 seconds (for thicker fabric, more time my be needed).
5. Flip garment over, and iron the back side of the patch for 30 seconds.
6. Let garment cool for one minute.

When I opened the cardboard package I pulled out an old dusty plastic package with the iron on fist inside. The fist had one side bent over and I'm not sure if it can be ironed on without that side lifting up after a time. Not to happy at all. Wouldn't buy again.
