I am an exceptional education teacher, and I purchased this item for my fellow collages. ALL of the backing came off of the pin. 5 of them were lost because of it and the other ones caught it in time. This is very embarrassing as it happened to ALL of them. We wear pins on our lanyards and all of the other pins we have from other companies have stayed on.

Pins are cute. "Prongs" break and can not be secured with enclosed mechanism. Faulty desighn. Save yourself a trip to UPS and do not purchase.
