The product was arrived damage. The item had been repack but was not done correctly . The product was not seated in the form casing correct and was and the box was forced taped to close. One of the main parts of the juicer was damage pretty bad. First time I had to return a item.

This is a pretty good juicer. Pretty simple and quick to assemble, reassemble, and clean. However, the top recently broke and since I’d had the juicer for less than a year, I thought it would be no issue to get a replacement part as part of the 36 month warranty… unfortunately their customer service has not been responsive to rectify the problem. Aside from this - I’ve had no other issues with the product.

Our family loves, loves, loves this juicer. We have been huge fans of immunity shots from the grocery store but just like everything the price for those little juices become very pricey! We are new to juicing ourselves but have loves how simple this juicer is and quiet it is. It’s perfect for even the non veggie lovers (aka kids) who are now drinking spinach and so much more and they LOVE it! The recipe book it comes with is also easy and user friendly and I have recommended it to so many friends and family members! Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Pros: Price is good for those who aren't ready to invest in a high-quality juicer.Pulp is dry, so can be used for topping off salads instead of shredding various fruits or veggies...and it aids in a better juice-load.The chute is wide. Cuts down on prep time.Cons: It's noisy.The brush that came with the juicer is terrible. (I'm using the brush that came with my old Breville that finally died after six years.). Lots of parts to clean.If you're not quick with loading, it spits out the fruit or veggies which can get a little scary (and messy).Overall, though, for this price it's a plus. I'm keeping it.

I bought this juicer to replace a bigger more industrial one I had. The one I had was hard to clean and this one is much easier to clean, pull apart, and put together. It has a pretty high juice yield, especially with apples. The only not so great thing is that the hopper is narrow, so you have to cut up all your fruits and veggies into small pieces. This slows down the juicing process a bit, but not by a lot. The catch cup is small and more for a single person that for multiple people. That being said, I usually have a bigger container next to the catch cup that I use to pour the juice in, which allows me to continue to juice. Capacity aside, it is a really good juicer. The fact that it's easy to clean makes me use it frequently.

Used this few times and this works so well. The juice comes out so well separating out the fiber. The setup and use of it is really easy. Easy to blend vegetables and fruits to the depth. Making juice at home has got more easy now. Love this for the deal.
