I have used this product once and I really liked it but I have to send it back because my shower is too small and I had to place the tub directly over the drain and you guessed it....I had trouble getting the water out. That said, it was easy to put together, the collar was nice and supportive, the bottom was padded, the water stayed really hot, and the tub was bigger than I need as a 5 foot 6 inch female. I could sit cross-legged in the tub. I am going to look for another smaller version.

I am 5' 4" and about 280 pounds. I can soak in this with my legs crossed, and it is very comfortable. It is durable, and I have had NO issues using this. I use it inside of my bathtub, since my bathtub doesn't work properly. Yes, it is tall to step into.. But it really isn't a big deal, nor is it too difficult.

So. Don’t use this on ur second floor apartment balcony. If you think. Oh. This will be great to use outside on the balcony it’s not. Draining it is a pain. It comes with a flexible tube that doesn’t work or fit on the drain fixture. Even trying to use adhesive won’t work. It just falls off and the water goes everywhere. Also. I may save someone from doing my idiotic purchase. If you plan on using it in an apartment complex. Truly think about how u plan on filling it up. Cus.... ya. It took me a lot of back and forth. Durable. Yes. It’s outside folded up. Ready for never.

Im 5'7 300lbs. I felt like a warm baby wrapped in a uterus. Ive never had more of a relaxing bath in my life. It was easy to pop up, came with a hose to drain if you dont have a shower big enough like mine. It was easy to get in and out of (I have very bad knees so raising them is hard).

Great adult wading pool in southern Arizona. So grateful this came in today as it is 118 F out here. Worth every penny. I can't believe how sturdy this thing is. Only improvement that could be made is offering a cover since I'm using it outdoors.

I saw a review of this tub on Youtube so I decided to give it a whirl. So glad I did! Most people use them for ice baths but I'm using it as a hot tub. I'm just shy of 6" and my knees poke out of the bathtub. With this one, my entire body - up to my ears - can submerge and enjoy the heat. What's really cool is that it fits perfectly inside of my fixed bathtub. I put the drain valve towards the shower head end of the tub so it drains effortlessly. One hack I discovered to keep the water hotter longer...is to fill it, then I place a sheet of mylar (also purchased on Amazon) over the top of the tub and cut a slot for only my head to poke through. When I'm ready to jump in, I lift the sheet of mylar, climb in and then lower it over my head. IT'S AMAZING HOW MUCH LONGER THE TUB STAYS HOT!!! If you really want to take it to the next level, drop a cup of epsom salt or magnesium flakes to reach ultimate muscle relaxation. IT'S LIKE A SPA AT MY HOUSE!

Very hard to drain .....if you set it down in your shower stall , it blocks the drain. If it was set up on the kitchen or bathroom floor it’s difficult to drain with the little hose attachment included, unless you don’t mind having a flood .

NO INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE READABLE. Don't need them in English but provide photos. HOSE that does not fit and it is completely UNUSABLE at this point. 40 bucks for a huge plastic bag. Don't buy this. A waste of MONEY and I've contacted Amazon about the problems.
