I should have double checked the size before I ordered. Can't hold anything else but rice. Would have returned if I had opened earlier. Quality is okay if this is what you want.

I like the bowls but one came broken. There was no ability to return the bowl on Amazon. Since I need 4 I either have to buy another set or use another manufacture and start over.

Having grown up in Japan, I was looking for a small bowl which reminded me of the ones I used as a child. These are perfect and at a great price. Dishwasher safe, of course, and so useful in many ways.

Broke the only other rice bowl at the house so bought this set. The price is reasonable for what I bought them for, eating rice, ice cream, and for sauce dipping eating hotpot and dumplings. Attractive enough but nothing too fancy. Good utility bowls.
