シマノの油圧ディスクブレーキのホースをこれに交換。シマノ純正ホースはブラックしかないが、これにすればいろいろカラーを選べてよい。シルバーやカーボンシルバーはワイヤー編込みが見えてかっこいいしオシャレになる。ブルーラグ的な感じ。オリーブとインサートはシマノの純正パーツを流用したが問題なし（外径、内径ともBH90と同じなので、インサートはBH90用を使用する）。ワイヤー編込みのホースでもカッターで簡単にホースカット可能。もしディスクブレーキを換えても、ホースはまたこれを使用したい。

put the brake and hose all together. when its time to bleed the system, my lever kept going soft after a firm press. i noticed front caliber has oil, then i saw a stream of mist coming out of the hose. luckily it is outside of the frame. very disappointed. i'm getting exchanged with another set. hopefully next set is all good. jagwire is a well known brand. i'm just surprised to have a defective set. will update when i install the next set.update: the replacement hose is all good to go. installed with 105 hydraulic brakes and worked just fine.

Great looking brake hose and easy to install. Once installed and bled, they feel great at the lever. I used these hoses to replace the Magura hoses on my MT trail brakes. The color options are a really good way to customize the looks of your bike too.

I needed a longer line for my full sus frame and this line looks awesome. However.... The mineral oil leaked out from a defect in the line. The oil then traveled in between the braided center and the outer clear coating. I bought another kit and the same thing happened! Pads are fouled, necessitating replacement. I bought a black Shimano line and had no issues. Save your money and heartache and pass on this junk! My skill level is intermediate, I’ve successfully installed 5 sets of shimano hydraulic brakes on 5 different bikes and the only time I’ve had issues was with this poor quality JagWire product.

Installed a short one in front worked fine. For the longer rear run, it seems spongy, even after bleeding several times.

I bought the Jagwire Hy-Flow Brake Hose to replace my 2-year old Hyflow hoses that I also bought on Amazon (also reviewed). The recommended interval is once a year, but my previous set lasted twice as long with no performance degradation whatsoever. I did however notice that the hoses were getting really dry and stiff, so replacement was definitely in order.Just like the previous set, installation was very easy; just measure the new hose with my stock hose and cut to length. Because this is a braided-type hose, if you get these hoses then you will need to use a very sharp blade to make a clean cut. Also, seeing as this is a universal kit, you only get brake hose; to complete the install you have to purchase one of JagWire's Quick-Fit kits, which includes the adaptors needed to connect the hose to your specific brake brand/model. The Quick-Fit kit adds another $12-15 to the price - and the only reason why I gave the HyFlow hoses 4/5 stars.If you are in the market for new brake hose and you like customizing your bike, Jagwire is the way to go.
