Missing plug. How can I get one??

I moved out of state mid engine build, otherwise I would have returned the product, but when I finally got around to installing it, the area next to the coolant nipple was warped so badly it stuck out from the engine about an 1/8 of an inch. Outside the return window, so had to eat the cost and buy a Skunk2. Buyer beware.

DIRECT FIT ON MY 1996 CIVIC EX SOME BOLTS WILL NOT FIT NEED TO GRIND AND THE PIPE FOR THE COOLANT CAME OUT WEN I WAS DRIVING RECOMEND TO PUT JB WELD TO HOLD IT IN PLACE

Works great need to make the bolt holes flat ao they set flush an the collant nipple needs to be secured better but some diy mod an it works great

Bought for my d16y7 build put it on the motor an the ports did not line up they were half an inch off an the injectors were touching on the head of the motor
