The door curtain worked well when it stayed attached to the door frame but, the velcro tape did not stick well to the door. I should have realized that when they sent tacks along with the velcro it probably would not hold . I used the tacks but they also did not hold. So I ended up nailing it to the trim. I also had to purchase a weighted floor cover to the bottom. Once I did that it worked well. the insulated door blanket with the opening in the middle worked great for letting the dog in and out.

I bought two of these and hung one on the door frame between my garage and mudroom and from my mudroom out to our backyard. This has kept our mudroom easy to heat and helped keep it warmer inside the house as a result. The Only issue to consider, it wont work on your door if you have a storm door in addition to a regular door. Also The blankets actually get hung on the outside of the door not inside the house. The adhesive strength is fairly good but i also used the tacks they supply for added strength.

Living in an older home with drafty doors, I found this insulated curtain to be a game-changer during winter months. Installation was straightforward, taking less than 10 minutes using the included hooks. The magnetic closure is a standout feature, allowing for easy passage while quickly sealing shut to maintain the thermal barrier. I noticed an immediate reduction in cold drafts around my front door, which previously made the entryway uncomfortably chilly. The curtain's thickness provides effective insulation without being overly bulky. It's particularly useful during extreme cold snaps or windy days when you can feel the difference in temperature between the protected side and the exposed side of the curtain. One unexpected benefit was noise reduction from outside, which was a pleasant surprise for my street-facing door. While generally effective, the curtain may not completely eliminate drafts in homes with significant air leakage issues. Additionally, the aesthetics might not suit all decor styles, though it's a small trade-off for improved comfort and potential energy savings.

I put this between my sunroom and my kitchen. I have to say my sun room is SO cold now! I can’t believe I was letting all of that cold air into the house that I was trying to keep warm! I know it’s working because of the difference it made in temp. The sunroom was always chilly at best but now it’s straight up cold, while the heat in the house is preserved! Looking forward to the summer benefits of keeping the heat from having the back door open for the dogs into the air conditioned house! And I’m thinking it will also contain the fly situation to just the sunroom! Great purchase, easy install!

This was easy to put on our 5th wheelDoor. It kept these cold temps at bay. A plus is when we let our dog out we don’t have to have the door all the way open. The magnets keep our door closed at the top.

I immediately noticed a difference once the door curtain was hung, the quality is fantastic and it’s a great value for the money. It’s very well insulated and fit perfectly over my door. I ordered the dark brown one and I love it! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve a drafty doorway.

I was pleased with the quality and easy installation, it’s about 10” too long so I folded the bottom up and used gorilla tape to hold it; of note hammering the magnetic racks the first two broke on me so I took the pointy tip of a fine screwdriver and tapped the wood where I wanted the racks then hammered them, if not you’re going to break all the racks trying to get them into the wood. Wish I had come across this sooner, I have an open doorway that leads to my basement and there’s a fire code that I can’t install a door.

I used this to shield a screen door for a enclosed porch. This porch has no heat and is used by our cats litter boxes, cat trees and play space. The magnetic closure stays put!It was easy to install. It looks great and keeps the cold out. It is so durable I expect to recycle it for the next cold season.
