Works great for Hot & Cold Items. My family uses it all the time for large grocery shopping. Strong straps, great material. Just be easy on the zipper.

Bought this to do uber deliveries & to hold some groceries. It's held up nicely as far as the durability goes, but the sturdiness of the bag is non-existent. This bag will flop around and is quite annoying when you're trying to put items in it.The sides have no support but once it's full up and zipped, no issues. If you're looking for a collapsible bag, this would work for you no problem, if you want something that can stand up on its own, avoid.I've put a lot of weight into this bag, and it's held up nicely with no ripping of the stiches at all.

Purchased this bag due to the great reviews and am very pleased. Like most delivery drivers I use multiple apps. DoorDash supplies a delivery bag but quite often it is not big enough to handle food and drinks or multiple orders and UberEats provides nothing (that I'm aware of).This bag can handle those big/multiple orders or your own cold/hot stuff you may pickup at your grocery store. I found a cardboard box that fits perfectly inside of it to give it some extra sturdiness.This will not work for pizza delivery unless they are the small 10" variety, otherwise buy a pizza bag.

I've use this bag to deliver food to customers during this pandemic. I truly appreciate the size & sturdiness of this bag. It allows me to do CONTACTLESS delivery where I unzip the bag, hold both handles allowing the customer to grab the food for themselves. The inside lining also makes it very easy to disinfect before using it for the next delivery.

Fits pizza's up to 14", & keeps the meals hot and ready. There are tears on seams as the threads became loose. Durable bag.

The bag looks great and seems well insulated. It did have a strong chemical odor when I opened it and had to be aired out in the backyard for a few hours. I wish I would have paid more attention to the dimensions before I ordered it, but I was in a hurry trying to find something that was not back-ordered. The bag is small and more of a personal size and will not be helpful for large grocery orders. 100% my fault. I will keep it for the beach.

I love this bag! I am able to get 3 orders in it at once and it keeps the food nice and warm. I love the strap as well. So easy to carry!

The bag is sturdy and well-insulated. It's big enough to hold large deliveries (up to 8 entrees) and the zippered lid is flexible enough to allow for some stretching - like if there's soup or salad on top of the entrees.
