With 200° F near-boiling water available at your fingertips, you'll get more done in less time. Instead of waiting for water to heat, you can finish countless kitchen tasks in seconds and relax or get back to your guests.

An InSinkErator hot water dispenser does more than provide hot water for preparing instant foods and beverages, it is also an incredible kitchen appliance. Use it to loosen stubborn jar lids, prepare pasta, warm baby food, clean crusty pans, cream butter, melt chocolate, remove fruit skins for pies, clean cheese graters, scoop ice cream, cut cheese, and warm pancake syrup. These are just a few examples of the many uses of an instant hot water dispenser.

Hot Water Instantly, How Does That Work?
When you twist the hot-water handle on your InSinkErator Instant Hot Water Dispenser, water comes up from the supply line. From there it travels from the system to our 2/3-gallon tank, where it's heated to 200° F. As the water is used, it is replaced with more water. With the fast-recovery system, it can deliver up to 60 cups of near-boiling water an hour. You can even adjust the temperature to your liking, right on the hot water tank.

Easy to Install
The InSinkErator Invite H770-SS Instant Hot Water Dispenser will save you time and effort in the kitchen, and you'll enjoy discovering new uses for it each day. That's exactly why millions of people are now using an InSinkErator Instant Hot Water Dispenser. By following the step-by-step instructions, you'll soon be enjoying the convenience of instant hot water.

Heating water with the Invite H770-SS consumes less energy than a 40-watt light bulb that's left on for 24 hours and costs just pennies a day to operate. And because hot water is dispensed on demand, you only use the amount of water you need. This helps reduce water waste.

Optional Filtration Systems
The F-201 Filtration System is a great add-on to your Invite H770-SS instant hot water dispenser. The F-201 Filtration system is the only water filtration system designed specifically for instant hot water dispensers. The system reduces chlorine taste and odor for clean, fresher tasting water. Upgrade to the F-601R Replacement Filter to reduce chlorine taste and odor, lead, mercury, asbestos, cysts and chemicals for cleaner, healthier water.

Having instant hot water is great, and I generally love this product – but have several reservations and things you need to be aware of if you're considering it. The biggest is that, while Insinkerator claims the tap and tank are maintenance free, that's FALSE. It requires regular descaling, yet is NOT designed for it. It's so bad, I made a YouTube video describing how to descale it, and why descaling it is so necessary. The tap for this particular unit is no longer made, which is good. It was not a great tap design. The new designs are much better. Still, as noted, instant hot water is great to make soup, tea, pasta or any of a million other things. Super glad I have one, just be VERY aware that if you are not willing to regularly maintain it (which Insinkerator gives you NO instructions to do), it will last ~5 years before ceasing to work.

I purchased this product on the basis of a brand name I recognized and trusted, but was very disappointed the the cheap plastic construction. It was clear to me that, in an active household, this product wouldn't last a week. I returned it and bought a Waste King H-720. Great construction, and solid quality construction throughout. A much better item!

I bought this unit and recently installed it. It didn't work at all. I called Insinkerator and after a lengthy conversation was finally told that they would send me a new tank via FedEx. It is 14 days later and no tank. Today's phone call with people who speak marginal English revealed that there is no tracking number which means the unit hasn't been shipped. The CSR said that she could get me an answer in 72 hours. I demanded to speak to a supervisor who explained that maybe the reason the tank hasn't been shipped is because there isn't one available to ship. Apparently, Emerson, the parent company can't afford to keep spare parts on hand. The supervisor told me that he would send an email and find out today when I could get a tracking number. I am not at all hopeful. Emerson and Insinkerator give a new meaning to the phrase "drop shipping." Once they drop it at your door, they are gone. The CSR did offer to have a "local repair source" come to the house and fix the unit, but I would have to pay the full costs for that service. Service??? Emerson doesn't know the meaning of the word....well....at least in the appliance sales context. Unless you want to enjoy endless aggravation without any tangible benefit from your investment, don't buy this or any other Insinkerator product.

We bought our home 7 years ago. When we moved in, there was an InSinkErator Insta-Hot. Within the 1st week, we had water leaking out of the cabinet below the sink and no hot water. Yep, the Insta-Hot leaked and was shot. So, I purchased a new one at Lowe's since all of the holes were already there. I figured I would read the installation instructions, and if it looked too advanced, I would call a plumber to install. Not a problem! I installed it in less than 1 hour!Flash ahead now 5 years later. The Insta-Hot is still working, but we start to have a significant delay from the time we turn the top for hot water and when we get hot water. Not making me feel good. Then all of a sudden, we have water coming out of the cabinet under the sink. Yep, the Insta-Hot is leaving again. So I go to Lowe's and they are out, and our plumber is coming TOMORROW to do other minor repairs. No one in the area has the same unit, and I need the same unit because of the holes! So of coursem, I look on Amazon (like I do for most things!) and sure enough, they are in stock. I purchase, upgrade my Prime shipping from 2 days to 1 day for $3.99, and sure as rain in the rain forest, my InSinkErator Insta-Hot arrives the next morning, before my plumber arrives at 1 PM, and the unit is installed and functioning by 3 PM.We do lve the unit since getting a cup of water at 180 degrees instantly is wonderful for tea and other hot beverages. We just now know, as almost all of the other reviews have stated, that this unit will last ONLY around 5 years. And if it starts acting funky, we don't wait until we see water coming from the cabinet again. We replace it immediately. Would have expected InSinkErator to make a product that lasts longer than 5 years. But we will replace the unit again if it goes.

This is our third Unit for our staff lunch room, I get as much as 5 years and as little as 1 year out of these units- They get lot's of Daily use, I have them in other building's as well and they get the Job done, Most of the failures is the heating element but I have had the Knob break on a unit - I know the staff is not to happy when they fail because they come to depend on the " Instant " Hot water

This unit was purchased to replace the 7 year old unit that started leaking from a crack in the plastic tank. Other than needing a copper sealing ring and nut ($4 at Home Depot)the install went without a hitch. The new unit has a temperature control knob right on the front of the under sink unit. (The old one had to be adjusted after practically crawling under the sink, removing a panel, and moving a tiny needle gauge.)After filling and rinsing the new unit I let it sit for 15 minutes and out came a perfect stream of hot water. (My previous unit would hiss and spit boiling water all over your hands and the surrounding area.) I havent had the unit very long but so far it has worked perfectly. The 3-year in home warranty beats the 1 year warranty of the competitors. This is definitly well worth the money. It arrived just days after the order was placed!

I looked through most of the models and settled on this unit. It was easy to hookup and works extremely well. It didn't include a part to connect it to the cold water line so a trip to Home Depot was required before I could be up and running. I decided to connect mine directly to my reverse osmosis system using a standard 1/4" T-connector, a simple cut in the existing RO water-out poly tube and the copper from the instant-hot fit nicely in the T-connector. Being in Colorado, I had to turn the unit down one notch from the factory setting to prevent it from boiling and gurgling steam out the spigot after each use.It works great for making tea, cocoa, cous cous, oatmeal, and Easy-Mac so far. It's also a life savor in cleaning pots and pans that have some butter or grease on them since its hot enough to melt the fats right off the pan. My family loves it!
