Ultimately, I arrived at 5 stars, but if I could give 4 ½ stars I would. The reason is because of the batteries. Overall, I love the tool. I love the fact that it is a 2 in 1 tool that are perfectly matched – a Double Suction Cup & Tile Vibrator. This makes placing and leveling out large heavy tile and granite pieces a whole lot easier. It works well and I do absolutely love the fact that it comes with two batteries. Why I would take a half star off if I could is due to two reasons. The first being the batteries do not have a power indicator for charge level. The second is the bigger reason and that is the fact that the Amazon store selling this product does not support this product by selling additional batteries. Once the batteries are no more, unless you want to do battery surgery, you end up having to buy a whole new product. I think if you offer a battery-operated product, you should support it by selling replacement batteries. Outside of that I think this is a great machine.

I have a "single suction cup" vibrator and wanted to get a double-cup to allow me to tackle bigger pieces. This certainly does the job, and it vibrates up a storm, making the job a piece of cake, really. I don't have any complaints about how the tool works.My only complaint is that the batteries are a bit on the small size, and the charger isn't very fast, both of which mean that it's probably not ideal for the professional / contractor, but rather is a pretty good deal for the DIY'er / home improvement hobbiest. If you fall into that category, you'll probably get a lot of use out of this. If you're a professional in the construction industry, you should probably look for something with bigger batteries and a faster charger. 4 stars.

I actually got this thinking it would help repair my bathroom floor. It works best hauling things that would otherwise be too slippery or heavy to lift.
