Fits certain models of Tradesman, Skil and Delta as well! This isn’t an exhaustive list. This is not
an exhaustive list and is meant for Band Saw that requires a ½” wide by 3/32” thick tire.
There’s no need to use adhesive with these as the Urethane material stretches to fit the wheel.
This makes for easier installation and removal. We suggest soaking in hot water before
installation to make material more pliable.
Urethane is known to outlast the factory tires, or the replacement plastic or rubber tires.
It doesn’t dry out which extends its life.
How to Install Your Urethane Band Saw Tires:
-Make sure to unplug your band saw while changing any parts or servicing it.
-Urethane band saw tires don’t require adhesive, but they do need to be stretched on.
-Remove the old tires, and clean the machine of any dirt, debris, or adhesive.
-The smaller tires can be fitted by stretching them on by hand.
-If you can’t get the tires on by hand stretching them, clamp the tires to the wheel. Work the tire around the wheel in
both directions and add clamps as you go.
-A dowel rod or smooth tool can be used to pry the tire on.
-Once the tire is securely on the wheel, the stretch will need to be smoothed out.
-With a dowel between the tire and the wheel, roll it around the entire wheel.
-More detailed versions of instructions can be found by searching for
“urethane bandsaw tire installation” online.

Used the saw tires to replace old ones. They worked as they should, and we did soak them in hot water as suggested before we put them on the wheels.

The tires seem substantial and should las a long time. I completely recommend soaking in hot boiling water for a few minutes before installing. They will not stretch on otherwise. Installing took about 5 min after setting up the clamps to hold in place on the wheels. Then it was a simple matter to street into place and smooth them down into the groove. This is a huge improvement over the old plastic-like tires that were glued on. Thes will stay out with no glue.Hunt—clean off glue residue on the wheels with denatured alcohol before installing these new tires.

Soaking in hot water for 3+ minutes is a must, these will otherwise continue to fly off at you while you spoon them around your wheels.Don't be alarmed when you inspect then, they seem too wide but once spooned on they're the perfect width. Working perfectly in my Wilton 99162 (9" band saw)So far they're working perfectly fine but we'll see how long they last.My only quality/longevity concern is one of the tires had a poorly finished joint, we'll see if this becomes problematic or just wears itself down flush with the rest of the tire.

As installed, the tires are an exact fit compared to the original. Blade consistently stays in place when operating. Installation same as installing a bicycle or motorcycle tire and done with the wheels mounted in the saw. In particular, stretched tire on by hand as far as possible and then used spring clamps to hold in place. Used cycle tire irons to lever remaining length onto the wheel. Afterwards, lightly wedged tire iron between saw housing and installed tire, and rotated wheel fully a few times so the iron smoothed the tire down for a consistent fit all around the wheel. Tire irons have a lip that holds onto the wheel's rim while working the tire into place. Imagine screwdrivers could work too, but with more difficulty and possible tire damage. 4 stars for longevity only because no way to gauge that without knowing material specs; assume a good faith effort by manufacturer.

These work great, soak them in boiling water for a couple of minutes and they stretch right on. Roll them on a clean bench top leaning them towards one side then the other to seat them in the groove. Simpe and fast. They have a good density (durometer) to them to be solid but not brittle. I feel they will have a good lifespan. Highly recommend!

Easy to install just remember to soak in HOT WATER for a few minutes before install, makes it easier to install as they are made slightly smaller to ensure a good fit. Great value for the money. Arrived on time . Would buy again.

These tires are a great fit for my mastercraft mini bandsaw. I warmed them up in water and easily stretched them on the wheels and my machine works perfectly. No issues at all.

I personally didn't like this band because of its width & had to buy another one

Contrary to many YouTube predictions, the tires were installed quite easily. The secret is to soak them in 180F water and place the wheel in a vice. The tires were then installed by hand. The tires work well giving a very smooth and quiet performance.

Was having a hard time finding new tires for my Mastercaft bandsaw. The YouTube videos and electrical tape fixes seemed a little impractical. I thought to try these and am very happy for having taken the chance. The bonding joint is slightly thin where the belt is joined together and creates a slight dip in the profile as the wheel turns but overall the saw is back in operation. I'm hoping for many more years of use.
