I don't often require a humungous drying mat so these really come in handy. Great in a bar area as well as the kitchen. They wash well hold up great.

I bought this to go between my sink and a countertop oven so there wasn’t a lot of room and this fit, but it is very very thin. A different one I had bought previously was more than double the thickness of this one so if you need good absorption you’ll have to buy more than one.
