I purchased a used cold air intake for a 2011-2016 lml Duramax. In 2014 they changed to 2 maf setup and my 2012 only has one. I used this plate to block that 2nd port off. Overkill for block off, I think a plastic piece would suffice but I couldn't find another, this worked as expected.
