I used this saw to cut out an egress window, livingroom window and a walkout entrance for a basement living space.This saw requires multiple repetitions to make deep cuts in concrete block due to the required "breaking" of the center that the duel blades make. It is somewhat heavy but just a bit heavier than a chain saw. Well, maybe twice as heavy as a chain saw but not bad for the average guy.This saw is designed to make deep plunge cuts in concrete and that is it. Works great forOpenning windows and doors in a foundation wall.

This saw arrived packed well and was new just as if purchased from a store. Did the job we needed to do how much was cutting out an egress window from a block house.
