Just make note this bushing will only fit if the tractor has had the steering shaft upgrade. It won't fit the original shaft . I will now be ordering a shaft kit !!!

cannot be used as the hole is 5/8" and the steering shaft is 3/4" called Husqvarna and they were of no assistance

Much better than the original which was plastic. This one seems to be aluminum with a metal sleeve inside the hole. Should last much longer than the factory steering shaft bearing.

Got this one to replace the bushing that came in the new steering shaft kit I purchased from another supplier on Amazon. Their bushing was too small to fit the shaft. This on was a perfect fit. Good quality part.

I needed part 532186737 and found it had been superseded to 587738905. In this case superseded is not compatible. The original support has a larger opening than the new one. The original steering shaft won't fit thru this part. There is a service kit that would replace four parts of the steering that include this part. You need to be sure which type you need. In this case I found a suitable replacement at my local mower store. In this case it's the manufacture's changes that lead to confusion.

This item doesn't fit craftsman PYT 9000. However after removing the metal bushing and drilling out the hole using a 3/4 drill bit I was able to install it and it works perfectly. The old one was plastic and this one is metal.
