I got this for my 11 year son who got into pottery and saved up his own money to buy this wheel. He was so excited but when it arrived it would not spin and the foot pedal came apart. I’m disappointed that it came like this. I would not buy from this brand ever again. At least for pottery wheels. Overall the company has poor quality control and uses cheap materials that fall apart with ease. Not great for the money you’re paying. Also their website isn’t great and I couldn’t get ahold of customer service. Directions it came with were also for a different model of wheel they sell and not our wheel. THE QUALITY CONTROL MUST GET BETTER

I gave it 2 stars because it works and It’s easy to clean...BUT.....THE TURNTABLE is already turning black. Gave me the worst rush on my arms. From whatever they coated it with!!!!. My wet sponge when I clean the turn table turns black. And the splash pan doesn’t lock anymore!!!! I don’t know why.!!TERRIBLE. Save for another month and get a real one. This is not it!!!!!

I ordered this clay wheel through Amazon. The package was damaged through shipping, but it was packed nicely, so only some cosmetic damage. It seems very sturdy and balanced. Some wires had come loose, but the Huanyu Team quickly solved the problem through email and sent me some additional replacement parts. I was able to correct the problem, and it is working perfectly now. Excellent customer service!
