I saw the other reviews that says the laptop overheats and ignored it because I used to have a spectre that ran hot after an hour or two of using it continuously.However, five minutes into using this laptop and it gets HOT. Like too hot to touch. I can't imagine how bad it would be after watching a video. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it exploded. Straight up, I'm not exaggerating.Even after receiving a defective and dangerous laptop - get this, I have to pay to return it.Stay away. I'm sure some people got alright laptops, but with what I got I wouldn't risk it.P.s. Also, didn't come with a stylus.

It overheats with normal use, to be renewed it does not seem to be properly inspected.

Great product, practically new. The seller says the laptop doesent come with a pen but it does. Although the Laptop does get quite hot its still a great buy.

It was easy to set up and start using after all of the numerous updates were completed.

I was on the fence on getting this laptop because it was refurbished but it only had a few scratches, totally worth the value!
