Great weight, durable. I use it for trail rides for a mare that does arena work in a 3 piece D-Ring. It gives me enough break to cross roads with traffic and stopping her in the canter during the trail.

I like everyone else learned the hard way that the flat center piece caused issue. When I replace it with this bit the difference in comfort and contact with the horse was immediate. Sorry I didn't know sooner

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gebiss. Für den Preis ist es sehr gut verarbeitet. Mein Pferd hat es von Anfang an gut angenommen &ließ sich erstaunlich geschmeidig reiten. Mein Pferd ist nach wie vor zufrieden mit dem Gebiss &kaut super ab. Von einer Hebelwirkung, die hin &wieder debattiert wird, kann meine Meinung nach nicht die Rede sein. Auch wirkt das Gebiss nicht auf das Genick. Das ist äußerst positiv.Warum nur 4 Sterne..Weil das Gebiss an den Stellen wo es im unteren Ring hängt, bei Bewegung Lücken bildet. Meine erste Angst das Pferd könnte sich dort die Haut des zarten Maules einklemmen hat sich allerdings nicht bestätigt.Versand lief zügig &reibungslos ab!Ich werde es wieder kaufen, für meine zweite Trense!
