I ordered other brands, but Honeywell actually is the right size, in inches, and fits my furnace like it is supposed to. The others are smaller and flop around more in the space. My HVAC person recommended Honeywell

These filters are OEM and fit exactly! Use genuine Honeywell filters for Honeywell Media Filter systems ! Most “knock-off” brands are too small and let by-pass air through the distribution system which will clog the evaporator coil and add dust/dirt to the duct/distribution system and cause service calls and unnecessary cleaning!

Usually I buy the Honeywell but I got cheap last time and bought a less expensive brand, which of course costs you money because the pleats were further apart so it cannot trap as much dirt and they did not fit well in the unit (had to fight to get it out) Spend the extra 2 dollars and get the Honeywell, tried and true!

Filter quality is very good! Still too expensive!We have a German Shepherd and the shedding never ends. Otherwise I probably would use a less expensive filter. I have to purchase every 4 months.
