These are holding well. A pair of them are supporting my weight (175 lb/80 kg) on gymnastic rings. I installed them into the side of wooden ceiling joists using the included anchors, but longer screws, for a little more strength.The build quality and finish are good.It would have been nice to have some sort of installation instructions. It was trial and error to work out the correct size hole to drill for the anchors for instance.So, here are my inexpert and inexact instructions for anyone else who needs a little guidance:1. place pads where you'll want them and mark the holes (I used a level and straight edge to line them up).2. drill a pilot hole in the center of each marked hole location (I used a #42 drill bit but any small size will work). If you can mark the hole with a center punch, and are drilling into relatively softer wood, then this step can be safely omitted.3. drill the holes for each anchor (I think I settled on a #1 or #2 drill bit).4. press the anchors into the holes, they should go in about half way pretty easily. If they're too tight run the drill into the hole again and loosen it up.5. use a hammer to tap the anchors the rest of the way in, until flush.6. screw in the anchors (I used a hammer drill).
