This is the exact same as the Allanah bench from the Kelly Clarkson Home collection at Wayfair, just $100 cheaper! Only took my husband 20 minutes to put together and looks awesome in our space. Very pleased with this purchase! Also, it arrived so fast. Great job Amazon!

I'm not sure where the other reviews are coming from, but this was one of the best pieces of furniture I've ever bought online. First, it is by far the cheapest here. I got a price for $600 at a local store and this is nearly half of that and identical in style. Second, it could not have been easier to put together. I'm a 33 year old housewife who leaves all the big projects for my husband. I was so excited about this bench that when the box came,, I started unpacking it to prep it for my husband and one thing led to another and I ended up assembling it myself. Let me be clear: the only thing I've ever put together before has been toys for my kiddos. This was super easy to put together and I was even able to let my 4 year old son "help me." All holes lined up perfectly and seriously it was EASY. The bench was packaged safely and arrived with a bit of damage but the bench inside was perfect. There is no odor at all. My big concern was the color because the description and 360 room view leans more towards gray, but the reviews show a browner color. The color is definitely a mix between gray and brown but does have more brown tints and matches well with rustic decor. It is sturdy and does not wobble at all. Seems well made and strong. We have it in our entry way and it will get put to the test for sure with 3 kids and my husband. If anything changes, I will update this review but all in all, I'm glad I pulled the trigger here!

It's not oak. It doesn't look like oak. Parts of it kind of looks like faux oak. The seat is solid pine. The ends are some sort of plywood or laminate. But it's $349 and if you want oak it would cost a lot more. It's solid and sturdy and went together pretty easy. One of the screw holes on the side was not aligned so I enlarged it a bit with a drill and it was no problem. If I had just left the screw out it wouldn't have mattered that much. A coat of paint would make it look much classier. Good purchase. Made in Vietnam.
