Have this installed and working great. Bearings were going on my last induced motor so it was making a racket.Not to anyone installing this on a Lennox system, they designed in such a way that they have a plate with a sized orifice between the inducer and two gaskets. The plate also holds pressure switch. We’ll, I found out the hard way when I removed my old inducer motor and both gasket’s disintegrated. I believe they were ceramic fiber, but they were toast.This motor comes with one gasket, but I needed another. I was frantically searching for a replacement and could not find one locally. Ended up using high-temp 90min red silicone sealant and it’s worked great since. I ended up ordering the OE Lennox overpriced ($32) gasket from Amazon as a backup in case I need it again.Other than that little fiasco, it works great and it’s nice and quiet.Tl;dr: some furnaces require 2 gaskets; this only comes with one.
