Easy to install. just snaps right into place. had to move the thermal putty from the bad one to this one, but that's a non-issue.

The power supply works, but it doesn't quite fit as well into the console as the original power supply. However, ~ $60 is better to fix the power supply is better than spending over $300 for a new console!
